Welcome to Gym Tracker. By using the Gym Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. About the App
Gym Tracker helps you log workouts, track exercise history, and view progress over time.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
3. Account and Sign-In
You sign in using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for your account security and all activity through your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, access others' data, disrupt services, or impersonate others.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of your workout content. Gym Tracker does not provide medical advice.
6. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Gym Tracker is a fitness logging tool only. Consult a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program. Use the App at your own risk.
7. Third-Party Services
The App uses Google Firebase, Google Sign-In, and third-party content delivery for exercise media.
8. Availability and Changes
We may modify or discontinue any part of the App. Continued use after Terms updates means you accept the revised Terms.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may restrict access for violations of these Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gym Tracker will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
